The homeowners wanted a kitchen that felt premium and bright, with gold bar handles as a deliberate hardware accent that elevated the white cabinetry beyond a standard finish. A large LG InstaView French-door refrigerator with a built-in oven needed to be integrated into the kitchen cabinetry line as a cohesive appliance wall. Using the same slim gold bar handle profile on every upper and lower cabinet door and drawer front, from the main cooking wall to the appliance column, gives the gold accent a systematic presence that feels designed rather than decorative. Integrating a large French-door refrigerator and a built-in oven into a single tall appliance column beside the main kitchen run requires the column height and depth to be calibrated precisely so the appliances sit flush with the surrounding cabinetry without protruding or creating visible gaps.
Customised Kitchen Cabinets
The kitchen features white high-gloss flat-panel upper and lower cabinetry with slim gold bar handles across the full straight-run and L-shaped layout. A white Calacatta marble-effect countertop with gold veining runs the full length of the cooking wall, with a matching white hexagonal mosaic tile backsplash tiled full-height behind the hob and upper cabinet zone. A gas hob with a large black glass chimney hood sits in the cooking zone, and a black undermount sink with a matte black gooseneck tap is set into the countertop at the end of the run. A full-height appliance column in white high-gloss cabinetry with gold bar handles houses a large LG InstaView French-door refrigerator with a black glass panel door at the lower section and a built-in oven with a black glass door and stainless trim in an integrated niche above. The column is flanked by matching white high-gloss upper cabinetry on both sides, integrating the refrigerator and oven into the kitchen wall as a seamless built-in appliance tower. The black appliance doors against the white cabinetry and gold handles create a bold tonal contrast that anchors the end of the kitchen run with a considered premium detail.
TV Feature Wall & Living Area
The living room TV feature wall combines a warm timber vertical slat panel accent on one side with a white recessed TV panel and a slim floating console below, anchored by warm ceiling cove lighting running along the top of the feature wall and across the living room ceiling perimeter. The warm timber slat panel introduces natural texture and warmth against the white wall, softening the otherwise clean and bright living room palette. Vertical blinds in a warm cream tone at the windows complement the timber slat detail and the warm cove lighting above.
Full-Height Cabinet Storage
A full-height flat-panel cabinet in white high-gloss with gold bar handles is positioned in the adjacent hallway or utility zone, providing additional closed storage in a finish that matches the kitchen cabinetry and carries the white and gold palette from the kitchen through to the service areas of the home.
