Project Overview
This project at D COSMOS RESIDENSI, Damansara Perdana, showcases EverKitchen’s expertise in customised kitchen cabinets, built-in wardrobes, dressing areas, and modern home renovation. Featuring dark cabinetry, contrasting white finishes, vertical fluted panels, and integrated lighting, the design creates a contemporary home that balances sophistication with everyday functionality.
Homeowner Habits & Needs
A well-designed home should support everyday cooking, dining, relaxation, and personal routines. The kitchen requires practical storage and sufficient workspace for meal preparation, while the dining area should connect naturally with the cooking space. Bedrooms also benefit from spacious wardrobes and dedicated dressing areas that keep clothing and personal belongings organised without making the room feel crowded.
Design Challenges & Pain Points
Maintaining a clean and organised interior can be challenging when several functions need to fit into a limited space. Kitchen appliances, cookware, and dining essentials require dedicated storage, while wardrobes must provide sufficient capacity without overwhelming the bedroom. Coordinating different furniture pieces, colours, and finishes is equally important to create a consistent look throughout the home.
Customised Kitchen Cabinets & Dining Area
The kitchen features sleek dark cabinetry paired with light countertops and backsplash surfaces, creating a bold yet balanced appearance. Integrated appliances and full-height cabinets help maximise storage while maintaining a streamlined design. The adjoining dining area connects conveniently with the kitchen, making everyday meals and food preparation more practical. Under-cabinet lighting enhances visibility while adding warmth to the darker finishes.
Built-In Wardrobes & Dressing Area
The bedroom features customised wardrobes combining dark and white cabinet panels for a contemporary contrast. Full-height storage makes efficient use of vertical space, while the integrated dressing table provides a dedicated area for daily grooming. A mirror with built-in lighting improves functionality, creating a practical space that blends seamlessly with the surrounding cabinetry.
TV Feature Wall & Living Area
The living area features a customised TV console paired with vertical fluted wall panels and warm accent lighting. The combination of textured detailing and clean-lined cabinetry creates a modern focal point without overwhelming the room. Integrated storage keeps entertainment essentials organised, while the floating console contributes to a lighter, uncluttered appearance.
Design Philosophy
At EverKitchen, we believe good design should balance functionality, aesthetics, and efficient space planning. By combining customised cabinetry, contrasting finishes, and integrated lighting, we create interiors that support everyday living while maintaining a cohesive and contemporary style.
